The activities of the administrative and economic department supporting office are aimed at the comprehensive and high-quality provision of the educational process, the creation of the necessary conditions for the functioning of structural units, the maintenance of buildings and structures, maintenance of engineering networks, vehicles, and equipment, timely and correct accounting, storage and operation of inventory items.

Our goal:

• creation and provision of proper conditions for the functioning of the structural divisions of OshSU;
• carrying out measures for saving and rational use of fuel and energy resources;
• proper maintenance of buildings, structures, and premises of educational buildings, dormitories, and other facilities, timely repair of the classroom fund, office, and residential premises of OshSU;
• organization of carrying out the necessary repair and maintenance work on the maintenance of educational management facilities, engineering networks, and equipment;
• maintenance of order in all assigned territories in accordance with the requirements of sanitary and aesthetic standards;
• organization and provision of fire safety, labor protection, and civil defense in OshSU
• organization of improvement of the assigned territory;
• provision and control of the operation of motor transport and its maintenance in a technically sound condition, organization of the work of drivers;
• ensuring uninterrupted supply of Osh State University with electricity, heat, and water supply;
• maintenance of ventilation and sewerage systems in good condition.
